Reports of encounters with strange beings and sightings of mysterious objects in the sky have occurred throughout history. It seems that they have been around us from the beginning and there are no countries on earth where UFO sightings have not been reported.

Alexander the Great witnessed gleaming saucers in the sky twice in his lifetime. Roman historian Julius Obsequens mentions several examples of UFO encounters throughout Roman history.
